- Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID: firstname.lastname@example.org , otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.
- Customer must notify Lotus Hotel if you plan on cancelling your booking before check in date 3 -7 days
Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged.

No Show :
- If a booking is cancelled within the day of arrival or In case of No show or shortening stay, non refund will be made

- The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, although Lotus Hotel will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.
